Summer 2010...

Cliché, I know, but it's on everyone's mind...end of year stress and summer desires.
Now it feels like we are on the home stretch, we can taste the pollen in the air, the warm summer breeze, the sand at our toes...but we have to wait about 3 more weeks.
We CAN do it :)
Everyone has to step away from the beach and the bars and realize how great it is to finish school with a bang, finish how you started, motivated, organized and with good grades.

Easier said than done, but as rising upper classmen we must look at this summer as the time to step up and get internships and real "big kid' jobs. The only way that is going to happen is with good grades and great references, aka your teachers and advisors. DON'T leave a bad taste in their mouth about you..

Not preaching because I am struggling to, I need to write this to motivate myself too, ha.

Summer is going to be great, I plan on interning with Wilma magazine (if i get it) and working somewhere....if anyone knows of a good paying summer job, preferably on Wrightsville beach (keep my commute short)

I wish everyone the best of luck on exams and all the final papers everyone is doing, and to all the seniors who are starting their real lives now.
